Hey, I’ve wanted to release Rocket Bytes on Playdate Catalog for a while but I wasn’t sure what to do to make it worthwhile, so I decided to add a new level pack (containing 10 levels) to the paid version. This is completely optional to buy and the free version will still include all the original levels, but this is a nice way to get some more levels and support the game.

It’s not on Catalog yet, but it’s submitted so here’s hoping!

Now here’s the general changelog for both the free and plus version:

• Added a new song “As We Rocket Away”
• Added 8 new editor tiles
• Added a message from me to the extras menu
• Added new album cover in music box
• Added new wrapping paper pattern and card design
• Fixed the way time is displayed in the music box
• Fixed inverted text not displaying in editor
• Fixed deaths not resetting when starting a new game in any non-default mode
