I bet you weren’t expecting to see me here. I decided to put together a little update for Rhythmole since I’ve learned a bit more about programming and wanted to make a few changes.. which are:

• The game now supports wider screens (excluding the editor which still has black bars on the sides)
• The editor can now take in a song’s BPM allowing you to place moles with snapping to the song BPM and make them spawn to the song
• The editor now has some colour themes
• There is a link to the editor tutorial in the editor
• The settings menu has a link to the devlog on the game
• Absolutely nobody cares about this but settings are now stored in 1 file instead of 3

I also added some new levels:

• Barge - Gunnar Olsen (I thought this was part of the Everhood OST but it’s actually free music!)
• The Lost Spore - PossiblyAxolotl (me) (this one is from a game I’m working on for Playdate)

I’m planning to also revise/remake some existing levels and maybe add some more too.
